Contemporary Visual Arts & Design

I have always been drawn to trees, not as objects to document, but as companions for the imagination.

TRUE TREES explores an imagined evolution of trees through pencil drawings inspired by observation, memory, curiosity, and invention. These are not botanical illustrations, but original interpretations that investigate form, gesture, pattern, and possibility.

Developed within my studio art and design practice, the series gradually became the visual language of Green Religion. As the body of work grew, so did the desire to share it beyond the gallery through thoughtfully produced canvas editions, apparel, and other art and design objects.

This expansion is not about merchandising the artwork. It is about extending its life. By making the work available in new ways, TRUE TREES can enter homes, studios, and everyday spaces, reaching people who may not regularly visit galleries, museums, private collections, or cultural institutions.

Whether experienced as an original drawing or a canvas edition, each TRUE TREE is an invitation to notice more carefully, imagine more generously, and celebrate both art and the living world.
